Go-to "Clean Sammy"

It's not too often that I crave a sandwich, but when I do, I go all out. I feel like people are afraid of sandwiches these days. Why? If you find good, real products to create the sandwich you WANT, it's not a bad meal. Sandwiches are nutrient dense. Enjoy a sammy! Or make my my go-to "clean sammy"!

2 slices of toasted Happy Girl Kitchen Seedy loaf (toasted)

Hope Foods Original Hummus (spread on both pieces of bread)

sliced watermelon radish

1/2 avocado

2-3 pieces of butter lettuce

sliced cherry tomatoes

sliced red onion

fresh spinach
