Fuel Bowl

Do you ever see something on Instagram and you say to yourself, "I NEED TO MAKE THAT. NOW!" That's what I do every time I see LeefromAmerica's fat bowls. They make me DROOL.

 

Here's how I do mine: 

1/2 Bob's Red Mill GF Organic Oats

1 c filtered water 

1 tbsp chia seeds + hemp seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings

Mag's Mad Butter (add to taste)

cinnamon (add to taste)

Ground Flaxseeds (add to your liking)

Raw nuts (I stick to raw walnuts & hazelnuts for Fuel Bowls)

Raw seeds (I stick to raw pepitas)

Optional: fresh fruit (I stick to berries!) + fat ball (pictured: Good Bites)

Cooking Method:

1. Bring 1 c of filtered water to a roaring boil.

2. Add 1/2 c of oats.

3. Optional: add cinnamon, chia seeds, & hemp seeds (or wait until the finished product)

4. Once cooked, add all your goods!
