Grilled Glazed Portobello Mushrooms

It all started when…

I wanted a Buddha Bowl. Have you heard of these? They're to die for. "Traditional Buddha Bowls" are 100% vegan and raw. I wasn't feeling raw, but I was feeling vegan. Here's my take on the best portobello mushrooms ever! 

What you need:

4 Large Portobello Mushrooms

Majestic Garlic Sundried Tomato & Jalapeño spread (not too spicy!)

Cast Iron Pan

Cooking Process:

1. Rinse and scrape out mushroom filling (the "hairy looking" part of the mushroom near the stem)

2. Generously spread Majestic Garlic spread on each side of the mushroom. (1-2 teaspoons each side)

3. Cook in cast iron (medium-high heat) 5 minutes each side.
